I am a marketing, branding, and business executive currently living and working in sunny Southern California, a stone’s throw from the Pacific and a world away from the bucolic countryside of Upstate New York where I was born, raised, and spent the first part of my career in marketing and brand development.
After stints in corporate marketing at Oneida Silversmiths and as a senior partner at integrated marketing and communication agency Eric Mower and Associates—helping to build business and brands for clients like Kodak, Carrier, GE, RCA, and others—I transitioned to the client side in 2001, as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Global Brand Development at Welch Allyn, a worldwide leader in medical devices and technologies.
Since then I have brought my passion for branding and strategic marketing development to two other medical technology companies, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ICU Medical, Inc. in San Clemente, where I wear flip-flops to work, have a view of the ocean from my office, and get to do quality work for an innovative company that makes useful things that help sick people get better. Life is good.
